Yoga 60Plus - for all body types

Yoga 60Plus helps maintain quality of life in old age or deal with any health limitations in the best possible way.


Yoga in the second half of life improves in particular:

  • the physical and mental relaxation
  • the ability to concentrate and remember
  • the musculature, the bones and the joints
  • the sense of balance
  • the immune system and
  • the attitude towards life.

Yoga 60Plus is for those who are already a little older, but want to stay mentally and physically young.


Gentle Hatha Yoga is used to strengthen and stretch the body, train the breath and promote holistic relaxation.


The class is suitable for all body types as well as beginners.

Classes are held in German and take place in small groups.
