This retreat invites you to reset your nervous system and return to a state of deep regeneration and balance.
Surrounded by the healing power of nature, we begin each morning with meditation, yoga, and breathwork to gently awaken body and mind. In the evenings, we slow down with calming yin yoga, accompanied by the healing sounds of singing bowls. A heart-opening cacao ceremony completes our shared journey.
We spend plenty of time outdoors, connected to the elements, and enjoy nourishing vegan meals that support both body and soul.

Puje Shagiei
Her passion for movement began at the age of seven with ballet and led to many years of dance before she discovered yoga – the perfect harmony of breath, body, and soul. Yoga became a transformative practice that helped her heal both physically and mentally, and empowered her in her role as a mother.
In her classes, Puje focuses on balance, strength, and mindfulness, creating a space especially for mothers to reconnect with themselves.
Valentina Citterio
Valentina supports people on their journey toward inner calm, clarity, and deep connection. Her own path began in 2017 – but it was through breathwork that she truly found access to
healing.
Today, she combines breathwork, body awareness, and energetic practices into a holistic approach that creates space for lasting transformation.
With sensitivity, presence, and deep knowledge, she helps others release old patterns and reconnect with their authentic power.
